About Chickadee Health

Two founders building a gentler way to check in

Chickadee exists because staying independent and staying connected should not feel like opposites.

Why Chickadee exists

Chickadee started from a real caregiving problem: how do you give someone freedom while still knowing when it might be time to reach out?

The answer was not more surveillance. It was a calmer signal. Something that could notice changes in sleep, walking, and activity early enough for family to step in before a hard day turns into a crisis.

Today, Chickadee Health is built for iPhone and Apple Watch and designed around a simple promise: gentle early warnings that preserve independence while keeping connection strong.

Mission

Independence with a safety net

We believe people should not have to choose between living independently and staying supported. Chickadee is built to help families show up earlier, with more context, and with a little less fear.
